1. Description of Service

Merly is a personal development app offering habit tracking, workout logging, nutrition tracking, AI coaching, and social motivation features. The app is available on iOS and Android.

2. Account Creation

• A valid email address is required to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• Individuals under the age of 13 may not create an account.

3. Subscription and Payment

• The free plan is limited to certain features.
• Pro and Elite subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play; those platforms' refund policies apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you enter into the app (journal entries, habit names, etc.). Uploading illegal, misleading, or harmful content is prohibited.

5. Health Disclaimer

Merly is not a medical application. The information provided (calorie calculations, BMI, etc.) is for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. If the service is discontinued during a paid subscription period, a prorated refund will be issued.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of a violation of these terms. To delete your own account: Settings → Delete My Account.

8. Intellectual Property

The app's design, logo, and code are protected by copyright. Rights to user-generated content belong to the user.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
